📦 When will my order arrive?
All orders are packed and shipped quickly from our UK dispatch point. Delivery times are as follows:
• Standard UK Delivery (FREE): 2–4 business days
• Express Delivery (if available): 1–2 business days
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel in real time.
🌍 Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we ship exclusively within the United Kingdom to ensure fast, reliable delivery. Delivery availability can be confirmed during checkout.
🔍 How can I track my order?
When your order ships, you will receive an email containing both a tracking number and a tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to begin appearing.

⏳ What should I do if my order is delayed?

🔁 Can I return my purchase?
Yes. You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Please contact us before returning any item so we can provide instructions.
❗ What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 7 days and include your order number along with photos of the item, the packaging, and the shipping label. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
